The answers to the interview questions would be analysed in a proper manner thereby implying the authenticity of the sources regarding such answers accordingly. In this regard, phases 1 and 2 would be referred to accordingly. The reviews of interviews at the personal level would also be analysed in an effective manner thereby implying the incredible aspects of interviews accordingly. The tool that would be used to capitulate upon the interview questions would be the stakeholder analysis. The procedures regarding the formulation of the interview questions would also be highlighted accordingly (Wang & Lv, 2019). It would help in the addressing of the questions in an effective manner as far as the positive responses are concerned. As a result, the reviews of the participants by the virtue of questionnaires would be analysed in a proper manner. Finally, a suitable conclusion would be provided summarizing all three parts of phase 3 accordingly.

Part 1

As far as the remaining questions are concerned, the answers would be derived by the virtue of a questionnaire which would be helpful in the conclusion relating to proper feedback in terms of the reviews for the Sports and Fitness Apparel Store accordingly. The people to be interviewed are to be treated with utmost respect and dignity if the desired results are to be achieved in a proper manner. As a result, the ethical considerations are to be analysed prior to the commencement in terms of interviews as far as the formulation of questionnaires is concerned. In this matter, the approval of the ethics committee would be the key thing with respect to the consideration of ethics in terms of the conducting of interviews accordingly. It would imply the importance relating to compliance with ethics in an appropriate manner. One interviewed also conduct of my friend who has shop in Vancouver of sports. This interview is conduct from the non-stakeholder to know the behaviour of the customer and to know more about the sports and fitness apparel store.

Part 2

The questionnaire is to be designed in a lucid manner which would help in the understanding of the questions for the interviews in a feasible manner thereby implying the absence of difficulties and hindrances as far as complex issues are concerned. The approach undertaken for the interviews was to imply that the interviewees do not feel intimidated or experience difficulties with respect to the answering of the questions in an appropriate manner as far as the positive results are concerned. The interviews had to be geared towards the relevant solutions regarding Sports and Fitness Apparel Store thereby being beneficial for the interviewees involved accordingly. The interviewees were convinced in an effective manner in order to be engaged on a full-fledged basis to express their views and opinions. Additionally, telephonic interviews were also conducted for the participants who had difficulties with face to face interviews accordingly. The elements that were taken into consideration with regard to the conducting of interviews include research strategies, the levels of the involvement of the researcher, the setting of the research, the target population for the conducting of interviews and the aspect of a timeframe as implied by the second phase. Answer: The future of the sports and fitness store will be great and successful as now people are becoming fitness freak because most of them live sedentary life style, in which there is fewer physical activities which further give birth to many health problems, dint of this most people prefer to join the Gym and fitness centres. Gym and fitness centre are now becoming favourite part time activity of people, so they prefer to wear suitable cloth for the gyms, even some of the gyms have special restriction for clothes. For example, in Conestoga college’s gym they prefer to wear lour and t-shirts. Also, some sports like badminton, tennis, football, basketball or etc. are also people’s best time passing game in their mean time and they would prefer to play in open park that’s why buy their own rackets and balls to enjoy in their free time which is not fixed because of their busy and hectic schedule.

Answer: Marketing strategies should be attractive and eye catching. As we all know advertising on moving vehicles by LCD’s or LED’s, tv, social sites and banners are best way to advertise about anything. Firstly, advertising by moving vehicles it is best to increase selling product because most of the person using buses even when buses are moving on roads it will be eye catching for all people who are in the cars also. Secondly, social media is the best option to promote something because social media is free of cost and all over the world’s people are using this, there no one who is not using of any social media. Answer: The main aspect of planning about advertising and campaigning for the store is to attract more and more customers and to benefit the customers. So, the advertisement must be attractive as the theme should be colourful, eye catching and with a short story. Answer: There are many steps which will be taken to gain the competitive advantage. The second one is giving more advertisements. For example: Coca- Cola and Pepsi are almost similar products according to their taste and colour, but Coca-Cola is more popular than Pepsi because Coca-Cola give more advertisements as compare to the Pepsi. So, advertisement is also very important in gaining competitive advantage. The next one is services; services are intangible asset of a company. If the store will give good services as compare to the competitors than it will also help in gaining the competitive advantages.
