Analyse and evaluate the arguments of Judith Jarvis Thomson, Michael Tooley and others as to the moral status of the foetus and, B. in the light of your conclusions, suggest what reforms, if any, you think should be made to the current law on Abortion in England & Wales. 2. Assessment Criteria This assessment seeks to assess all the module outcomes identified in the Module Guide.
